Joanne Marshall

IMAG0149Joanne Marshall, RYT 500, has taught yoga in the UNC Group Fitness program since 2001. She also teaches at the Ackland Art Museum and the YMCA. Her mindful yoga classes go more slowly and deeply into the yoga poses and work well for people of all ages and fitness levels. Joanne believes there is a yoga practice for everyone and that the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of yoga and other mind/body practices such as pilates, tai chi and mindfulness meditation can be lifelong.
