Though practicing yoga for over 12 years, Kate has opened my eyes to new vistas. She is pro-active in wanting to understand any specific issue and always with a caring attitude. She is aware of when adjustments and accommodations are necessary. As long as I am in the Triangle 'neighborhood' I will search out her classes because I trust her, and know it will be beneficial for the body - and the mind.
