Wellness Library

The Wellness Library was created to help you develop yourself outside of the Giving Tree Wellness studio. In the Wellness Library you will find reference guides to assist you with your active and restorative yoga practice as well as your Pilates practice. These reference guides will give you how-to instructions on creating your poses step by step. If you suffer from tension received from daily living, check out the “Two Minute Tools.” This page offers you various techniques you can use to help you relieve your tension. The Wellness Library also features “Healthy Recipes for You and Your Family,” a page dedicated to helping you maintain your overall well-being.
