Pilates Equipment

Pilates Equipment is any number of different machines that are used to enhance, support or improve the effectiveness of your Pilates workout. Most Pilates equipment is designed to augment the benefits that you can attain through merely performing the Pilates exercises on your own. Much of the equipment used during a regular Pilates workout is highly sophisticated and much of it was either designed by or inspired by machines designed by Joseph Pilates.

Class Description:

These semi-private classes focus on rhythmic, flowing movements that increase strength, flexibility and stamina while also improving alignment, balance, coordination and tone. The results are a uniformly developed body with strong back and abdominal muscles. Although some of these exercises may seem simple – the effects go deep, and you’ll engage muscles you never knew you had and get great results FAST.

 

If you are new to Pilates equipment it is recommended to start with 2 private classes and then transition to a group class.
