After a solid year of chiropractic, and physical therapy for running related injuries, I began Pilates and within 2 months was back to running 3 to 4 miles three to four times a week, pain free. Kate has done an amazing job customizing a program to meet my body’s individual needs. I am now running completely pain free for the first time in years. I attend weekly sessions to maintain my current status and improve in areas that running alone will not strengthen and improve.
